Hello Church,
Last week we got a lot done around the church, both in terms of work being done, and in terms of understanding ourselves even more. Below you’ll find a link to the results of the poll we’ve been conducting for about a month. I put it in a separate place so it is easier to refer back to in the future. Just click on the link to find it.
Yesterday we started a short series following the early church in the book of Acts. As a part of that there were few questions that I gave for us to reflect on. As you go through this week, take some time to think about what they might mean for you.
What am I committing to?
What’s our mission, how do we do it?
Where is our focus?
During this series, and for a while after it, Donna is leading a Sunday School Class that talks about many of the different people that we meet in the book of Acts. Come out on Sunday mornings at 9am to go in depth with the folks we’ve been reading about.
Watch for an email later this week about some Fall listening sessions! We’re going to be taking a deeper dive into who God wants us to be through these conversations.
Also, look below for some links to news stories from the larger church.

I want to say a big Thank You!!! To Richard and Mary Beth for a lot of work they did ahead of time to get us ready for the work days, and to Gary for getting pieces pulled together so we could get the boat done. Also to everyone else who showed up and worked in some way. It was a big help, and we’re in great shape.
