Hello Church,
I’m going to keep this short for today, but I wanted to get some reminders out to you. Watch for a bigger email tomorrow or Thursday that will be all about Mesy Church!!!! Also, don’t forget about the Sorosis Talent Show on Friday night. We’ve got quite a few of our kids and youth that will be a part of it.
We’re going strong on Sunday mornings at 9am for a study called “The Walk.” Its an Adam Hamilton study that is meant to help us go deeper in our faith. One of the parts of this that I’m looking forward to is that it is good for all ages! If you would like to be a part of it and would like a book, please let me know. If you would like to make a donation for the books, they are $15.

Important Announcements
Carry-In Lunch - THIS SUNDAY!!!
The Pastor-Parish Relations Committee will be hosting a carry-in meal after church on Sunday, March 12 after church in honor of Pastor John. Meat will be provided. Feel free to bring a side dish or dessert or just bring yourself and enjoy a good meal with the Pinkston family. We were going to do this in October during Pastor Appreciation Month, but there was a lot going on at the time and we thought it would be better to do later. Come join us!
Lent Prayer Practice
If you’re looking for a prayer practice, take a look at a couple of examples of some daily prayers that I’ve put together that you can have emailed to you every day.

Yes those tasty pepperoni and salami meat flowers. We got really fancified for lunch last Sunday. And while lunch was good, the best part was that we started getting ready for our next Youth Sunday on March 26th!! We had some really good conversations, and we’re looking forward to putting together a great message for that day.
